Each batch produced at the plant goes through our rigorous testing processes to ensure uniform quality. Testing is done using the following machines :-
1. Tensile testing machine:
Capacity : 250 kgs.
2. Dumble cutting :
Press with request dies
3. Ageing testing Oven
4. Muffle furnace, for checking ash contents
5. Specific Gravity balance tester
6. Elongation testing machine
7. Hardness tester
Shore 'A' hardness tester to verify the hardness of each batch
8. Dimension testing by
Electronic vernier calipers, Dial Gauges etc.
